  • Piece of unbleached cotton (or any other fabric that you like)
  • Pen and paper
  • Fabric markers

#2 DIY Lace Cement Votives

For those candle lovers these simple yet beautiful candle votives would make the perfect gift, they can go with anything! Here is the full tutorial

What you’ll need:

  •  Cement powder
  •  Paper cups to mix cement in
  •  Wooden sticks to stir cement mix
  •  Coins
  •  Petroleum Jelly (or cooking spray) – Optional (I’m not sure how much it helps)

  •  A disposable container (plastic, or paper cup) for the outside of your votive
  •  A smaller disposable container (I used a medicine cup), big enough to hold a tea light
  •  Sandpaper

Really simple home made organic lip balm – never spend money on drug store lip balms ever again, this recipe works just as good as any other lip balm!

Things you will need.. to make Sweet Orange Lip Balm

  • 8 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Beeswax
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 30 drops Sweet Orange essential oil
  • 12 x 15ml containers

#5 All Natural Handmade Soap

Nourishing all-natural soap makes a wonderful gift for everyone, its not the simplest DIY, but it certainly is the loveliest. You can make a bathroom assortments basket, including your sugar scrub from earlier and try these bath fizzies 😉

Oils

  • 170 grams shea butter
  • 170 grams palm oil
  • 113 grams coconut oil
  • 113 grams olive oil

Lye mixture

  • 78 grams sodium hydroxide (NaOH)
  • 215 grams distilled water
